Two MACtac self-adhesive constructions for blood bag labeling have been approved by ISEGA according to the DIN ISO 3826-1 norm.

MACal 8128 PPS face stock is a soft, cadmium free, white matt vinyl optimized for conformable and easy applications to blood bag labels.

MACal 8128 PPS is coated with two different adhesives:

-    MI 465, a permanent acrylic adhesive offering good cohesion and high resistance    to plasticizers. It is also suitable for sterilization processes under standard conditions ( 130 ° C )

-    MP 312 A, a permanent acrylic adhesive with high UV and weathering resistance.   Lab tests have also proven its ability to withstand heat and chemicals.
